Gazeteer of Vietnam

Hi,
Thanks for your data of my country, Vietnam. All the data is good, except the gazetteer. I can't download the gazeteer of Vietnam. The data is not available. I need to assign coordinates in Vietnam. Can you tell me where I can download it?
